Bad service and false advertising on open and closing times

Medicare pharmacy safeways witbank is not closing.on the times stipulated on the doore and.also not on internet as i am working and when i went there withs some clients in the pharmacy the guy at the doore said we close i told him its not 17h00 yet as stipulated on the times he said no sorry we closing earlier to prepare to prepare what exactly? I told him you must fix your times as i am working and this is the time.i can go to pharmacy and nearest to me. I think its phefectic and he did not rven say sorry juat we close i mean there are aome.clients still inside and would not hurt to assist a client till 17h00 which they say they closing. I mean other shops are closing.on.the dot and.i.can.prove that even.my daughter that works at.postnet also here closing their doors at 17h00 not earlier and if client.came 5 to 5 they still assist the client.but o no not thr pharmacy as.they suposed to i will never go to them in my life and will make this public to all
