Bad services from both nurses and kitchen staff.

On the 12th of August 2020, I was admitted at Lavender ward, and I received a bad service from one of the nurses there, but I got an apology later on from the night supervisor who was working there at the time, so I let it go. On the 18th of the same month I was admitted again in icu ward Medicare, I also received bad treatment from the kitchen staff(given food I didn't order and then when I returned the food, no substitute was made for the food I returned) to the nurse who was working there.
