Rude Receptionist

Sunday the 22nd, I walk into the clinic sick, carrying my 2 year old daughter who also was in need of medical attention.

Reception is busy with a patient when we get there, so we take a seat.

Only later when i stand up seeking to use the cloak room - on our return, the receptionist (LEANDRA) asks with a rude attitude who exactly we are waiting for.

I explain to her that we are waiting to be attended to as she was busty with another patient when we walked in. - and this she knows very well.

There is no sign explaining how the reception procedure works, also, I cannot be rude and also approach the desk whilst another client is there. Leandra rudely tells me that SHE DOES NOT CALL CUSTOMERS.

I Mean, WOW!!! I did not come to the clinic to watch TV in the waiting area - Common Courtesy to call the next patient to approach. I am disgusted at the belittling rude attitude I had to stick up for.

I am not at all encourage to return to a clinic where customer care is suitable for a certain race only. ,
