NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I received a letter that was Dated the 01/10/2023 and stated that with immediate effect our membership was canceled. When i contacted them to get my Oct and Nov payment back they only gave Nov as they are saying it is only effective from the 1st Nov, which is not what their letter says...
