Called in this morning to order some medication for a sick parent, very polite lady gave me an email address to send my list of medications and will call me back with a response I called back after a couple hours to follow up only to find that no one was looking into my request. Again the nice lady said she will look into it. I call back after a few hours later only to find out that they don't deliver, I wasted hours waiting for a response from them to no avail. The receptionist could hardly even apologize, only to shove me off with a "no we don't do that" as if I were asking for a favour
