Isipingo Hospital will demand high cash amounts on admission, but forget getting back your cash refund no Matter how big it is

I was admitted in High care from 15 April and discharged 17 April 2021. I paid cash not on medical aid. They demanded more than R50000 as each day was about R10000 in ICU. I paid as they demanded. I only stayed 2 days and so they had to refund my money. After being discharged, a lady by the name of Jennifer Pillay gave me a breakdown of charges from attending doctor, to Xrays, bloods, etc, and admission fees, and the remaining balance. According to their policy, refund is within 14 days, for me it has been over 6 weeks now without getting my refund. They don't communicate the problem. Each time I call to enquire I get a different excuse.
