Attitude from clinic nurses

I am pregnant,I have been here from 7am, waiting hours are 2-3hours, patiently followed the queue for antenatal,both the nurses that work in the antenatal field at 13:30 decided to go for lunch, it's 14:00 now and waiting for people who are on lunch, I do not understand how can all the staff in the field go for a break at the same time whereas they can go one at time than leaving patients unattended and pregnant patients worse of all, I am really disappointed n dissatisfied in the way they work. Wish there is some improvements done for much better service next time.
