Unprofessional termination process

The worst company i have worked for as a Professional Nurse .I have worked for the company for 2 years and it has not been a pleasant 2 years because i remember when I was admitted for a major operation and was booked off for 6 weeks for full recovery of which i reported but guess what when i came back i was told that i do not have enough sick days and i owe the company and was made to pay back in money form and was told that they will also take my sicknote and deduct the sick days left lol guess what I am no longer their employee but still have my sicknote with me but make no mistake the money was deducted from my salary ,of course i let that slide then decided for my mental health that I will resign and gave them 2 weeks notice instead of 4 because i could not work beyond that ,an email was sent making me aware that as I have worked for 2 years my contract says i need to serve for 4 weeks then I told my supervisor that i cannot and she said am i aware that i will only be paid for 2 weeks and I said yes .Guess what today i requested my payslip and to my surprise nett salary =0.0 and I called HR to enquire and Ms Temoso from HR could not give me answers and said she is going to ask and call me back after 3 hours of no call i called back looking for Temoso a person who answered the call and did not introduce himself or I missed the part where he introduced said she is on a call can he help me and I said I am calling to make a follow up on my queries asking why am I not getting paid after serving for 2 weeks and he said it is in the clause on my contract and I asked that I know with the medical society or affinity health if you owe something you must sign an acknowledgment of debt so why was that not done this time and his answer was “that is why we advise our employees to serve 4 weeks because there is a lot of paper work that needs to be done before we send the termination papers and you were rushing us to send your paperwork so that one was not included ,I then asked if he is acknowledging that they did an incomplete job then he said it wouldn’t make any difference if we have sent the paper with calculations before payment or after and I was surprised because it was supposed to be sent with the package so that i can know that I am not expecting any money month end and he said it is no use going back and forth then I said ohk can you please send me my contract so that i can read through it and he said he will send it via my personal email and I am still waiting for it 3 hours later I don't know if they are still looking for it or not and I also asked if they have submitted my Alexandra forbes documents and he boldly said yes and I asked for a reference number so I can follow up with Alexandra forbes for my retirement money then he said it will be sent with the contract,It is nearing end of business and I am still waiting .Is this the treatment one should get from a company that I worked in for 2 years and also I have a right to be made aware of the consequences of my resignation in writing and receive all the documents because when I asked that am I not supposed to sign everything with the HR personnel the answer was we went digital we no longer signing anything physical but papers where omitted “because i rushed them”.To the managers of Affinity health and tge Medical Society ,Please make sure that you train your personnel thoroughly and make sure with the next candidate that will be resigning termination paperwork is prepared in advance more especially if they gave you notice so that you don't omit important documents this is so unprofessional from a big company like The Medical Society hope this will be fixed
