Unhappy

I am actually very angry with you, I cancelled a policy under me where I was a premium payer covered my husband and my child. But shockingly the policy is still collecting because it's registered under my husband and I'm the premium payer but he never agreed to that I was the one who took the policy and cancel it but now suddenly he's the policy holder. Tell me how????
