MEDICAL SOCIETY IS A ****

I consulted with a Doctor/Nurse yester at 17:36 and was advised that I will receive a medical prescription via What'sapp. I then requested for a sick note, which is Doctor/Nurse confirmed that they would also send to me via What'sapp, also including my certificate. So far I've only received the prescription, without any sick note or certificate. Then today at 11:49, I've been told by a agent Mlungisi that he would escalate the matter to his supervisor for a call recording to be pulled, in order to hear if I actually requested for a sick note. Then another agent by the name of Jennifer calls me now at 14:42 that the Doctor/Nurse I spoke to left a note stating that I never requested for a sick note. I mean is this the service I'm paying for, Medical Society is a ****, with pathetic customer service. With a bunch of lazy *********** excuse for employees. I will never recommend this service to anyone, I'd rather encourage everyone to never take up this useless excuse of a medical cover. If I don't get that sick note by today before 17:00 TODAY, there is going to be hell to pay.
