Medical Society. Disgusting Call Centre Service.

What a shocking call centre service. I have spent the best of 3 hours trying to authenticate a sick note that was handed in by an employee. I was given 3 different numbers to call for assistance. On each call I was told to hold without being attended to. I was given an email address that does not exist but appears on their website and document header.(***). I am so pleased that I am not one of your cliets. Disgusting service to say the least.
