Andrie turned a bad service to a good one

Finally someone has shown care. I went to medical society Kempton Park where the receptionist lady ( Selina) is always giving us bad service, she will turn my kids away without being seen by the nurse as she doesn't know her job. Fortunately this time around Andrie was around, while Selina was giving us attitude and about turn us away for the second time Andrie stepped in and helped my kids.

He said he will let the nurse see my kids then he will take care of the matter afterwards. Indeed my kids got medical attention and I left the place satisfied.

What medical society does is they always deduct money from main member but when my kids consult there will be issues. Selina is defensive and cold hearted, she never show respect or atleast be professional. She has done that twice. After I've wasted my time, petrol she always gives excuses and later when I bring the main member she will say it was a misunderstanding and she will sometimes lie.
