Urgent Assistance needed, PLease Help

Case Number: *** Cheryl Veronica Henkeman 39796M policy Client / Member is in Turkey. Sick and been turned away twice from Hospital cause they say they don't work with TIC MSO. Client ask TIC to please direct refer her to nearest hospital on their list. they do so, she travels till there. same scenario. They don't work with TIC mso. Client has a fever and is getting weaker and weaker. Last response was from TIC Monday morning. they take a whole day to reply. Urgent Assistance is needed. Please contact the ***. Client needs medical care.
