I had a query regarding a Bupa patient payment - Bupa offices are in the UK. Ricardo Chiteve wet more than the extra mile to assist me. Firstly he informed ma that no Bupa representatives were available. After that , he attempted a conference call with Bupa employees in the UK. When they weren't available, he proceeded to provide me with their e-mail address to resolve my query.he really was very professional and has a passion for his job.
