ANYBODY ALIVE AT MSO!?!

Four months and the struggle is ongoing! AETNA International is my medical insurance, and MSO, a Discovery Group, has failed to make payments to doctors in Pretoria, South Africa. There has been a load of unanswered emails going into the dark void of MSO, and the phone numbers aren't working. I keep receiving the following without real human response:

Thank you for your e-mail. We are attending to your request and will revert in due course.

Please note this is an automated response. Your reference number is - wf_***.

(It seems only the automated reply is working at the MSO offices!)

Unfortunately, some payments that MSO made carry no identification details, so I do not even know which doctors have been paid and who are still waiting on reimbur*****ts. It is now at the point of doctors wanting to hand me over to debt collectors; this is even MORE FRUSTRATING. I can pay the bills in cash, but I don't want to because MSO is supposed to pay. I would love to know why payments are delayed?? And I would also love to understand how MSO can make payments to doctors and not provide the proper details...
