No delivery of Stock

On 06/10/2017 I ordered medical supplies stock from Saul Stamelman ( ********** 985, ********** who runs medical man cc at 1 Sandler Road, Fairmount Johannesburg. At first Saul was very helpful with my queries around my stock, he gave me a quote and I paid into his account an amount of R9532.00.

Saul then decided to deliver only stocks worth R4400 and with regards to the remaining items he kept on saying they will be delivered, but never kept his promise. now he is no longer picking up our phone calls. My deals have been cancelled and now Im sitting with medical stocks that I dont know what to do with them.

All I need right now is compensation for the business that I have lost due to his fradulent activities.
