Medical innovations poor customer service

Placed an order online, paid by credit card. 3 days later they tell me they will wait for their accounts department to confirm payment (unusual for a card payment) and then the best part is they say they are now busy doing stock take so they cant send my goods for another 10 days, not even a proper apology or dispensation
