unprofessional/inconsiderate

Hi, as I'm about to do my last fitting x3 visits., as Dr. handed my dentures to me I could see I don't like them the teeth to big as I am a petit person. I fitted them and my mouth was all skew, my bit was totally out and the bottom teeth would just pop up. Then the next thing Dr. on the line with the technician wanting me to tell them how I would want my teeth to feel and shaped. Next thing she packed me up to go to the technician with my dentures. I was on foot from 12h15 until 14h00 in the streets of Bellville...I was a lost soul. I popped in at the police station, Clicks/SARS Building DF Malan high school then back toward Engen into Canterbury street. It was a hot day out. I had to be back on Monday pass but cancelled as I don't feel like going back, but Medial aid has covered my visits thus far,...what do I do now/ I have booked two half days off sick as my appointments was for 14h00&14h30 and one was for 11h45."they not open on Saturdays"
