Refuse to help

My wife visited the medical centre with fever, sore joints and a headache ( malaria) since we live in DRC. Se was ask to lie down and when she informed the doctor of her symptoms he immediately refuse to help her and referred her to George medical clinic. He said to her if she has COVaiD 19 he will not be able to work for 18 days!! Shocking!!
