Bad Service

Good day.

I would like to report a bad service I have received at a medical center that could lead in me having infection in my gums.

Last week on the 13/11/2018 I went to remove my tooth at a medical center here in khayelitsha mall the doctor injected me 3 times before removing my tooth. She removed the tooth it broke while removing it so she told me she removed the remainings so I went home the very same night I didn't sleep my jaws were so swollen and paining then following day I went back there and I told her I didn't sleep my jaws were so swollen and paining then she wrote me prescription of ibuprofen and didn't even check what's wrong. I was in pains for the whole week. I am working at a call center environment, imagine being on calls while you are in pain. Yesterday I noticed that no there are still more remainings of my tooth, so I called them to book to book an appointment and explained to them what's happening that they didn't remove all my tooth and I was told I will have to pay again.

This is a very serious matter that needs to be sorted out. How can I pay again for their fault.
