Unreliable medical aid

My medical aid is umvuzo health,and our cover is the best.I've been pillar to post with this medical aid for not paying the service provider,which is Lancet and Amphath.Firstky i've been diagnosed with pulmonary thrombosis embolism since 2014 after huge operation of stopping the vericose veins.So I had to draw blood every week or second week to check if there are no cloths.I even tried to hand them over to my legal advisor but still there's no improvement.
