Medical premium

Keycare premium. Double installments Happened last year also came January. Uploaded documents on site and email and again on site, because I was not sure. Came this morning, double deductions. There bot is useless. To phone, is useless, took all my cell airtime and did not speak to consultant. Will you ever imagine that I will not update my income to get better benefits, if it was in my means. I don't want like last year, to skip Febr installment so make up for double installment taken January when premium is fixed. Want premium fix and difference refunded into my account. That is my money
