Bad Customer Service

Hi I since logged a complaint with Bankmed regarding the Unpaid claim in February 2020 which was never resolved. After logging a review on Hellopeter a Consultant by the name of Catherine called in March advising that the matter has been attended and will get back to me once her manager has come to a decision of whether they settle the claim or not. Till today the matter is not resolved, I'm still waiting for feedback from Bankmed. I never thought I'll experience this kind of service from Bankmed ever in my life.
