Lorraine - Medic Assist Tactical Emergency Response

My company got Lorraine from MATER to do our First Aid Level 1 training for our employees last year June 2023, As of today I have not received my training certificates. She keeps on telling me that the certificates takes 6 weeks per trainee. Now she does not answer my calls at all! Does any one else have the same problem??
