Pathetic poor slow customer service

<p>I purchased medic alert bracelet and paid. Week later the woman tells me I must pay monthly fee and joining fee. I then said I don't want to be debited just give me the bracelet I paid for. She then said I must pay joining fee. I then refused and requested my money back. She then told me I must wait until end of the month. They always take more than 3 days respond and it makes me wonder how they would act in an emergency. I prefer to use the competitor. ICEid. Much faster and better customer service. Do not support medic alert. Very untrained staff who don't have a clue what their job entails. </p>
