MedicAlertMustFall!

<p>I app**** for a new Medic Alert bracelet and sent my updated information to Medic Alert (new address, surname change, medical aid information and allergies). I paid the membership fee, the courier fee and the bracelet upfront. Today I received my bracelet and the medical aid details are incorrect! I am on Discovery and it is clearly stated on my form, yet they put BONITAS as my medical aid! I am furious. I had to wait 2 weeks for my bracelet as it comes from Cape Town. what is the purpose of applying for something, supplying the correct information only to receive it and it is WRONG?!</p>
