Medic Alert

I ordered a Medic Alert bracelet for R436 as advertised but eventually have to pay R591.00 an extra R155 for delivery which wat not mentioned in there leaflet. I stay in Gordons Bay and Medic Alert's office is in Cape Town. Can delivery by post be R155 ???
