<p>About a year agoi I found Medic alert started deducting from y bank account. Despite contacting them and them promising a refund nothing happened. At end may I noticed they again deducted 132.00 without consent . This is ***** as I am sure they obtain bank accounts and start deducting without authorization to. I wrote a personal letter to there CEo, warning I would take this matter to social media... not even the decency of a reply.</p>
