Lexfin/NCRMC Mediation or whatever their name is - *****STERS!!!!!

I joined with Lexfin/NCRMC Mediation in April 2023 to help with my debt repayments and moving away from Debt Review. Lexfin/NCRMC Mediation charged me R8000 (split over a period of 4 months - R2000 monthly) to remove the Debt Review flag, R150 monthly deduction to date for membership and then in August 2023 the actual payment to my creditors commenced with an amount of R3500 was deducted up until October 2023 and then in November 2023 the amount dropped to R1663.22 without any communication or notice to changes being implemented. I emailed and lodged numerous queries on the login where a relationship manager was assigned to me, Soyama Ratsibe - ***. Not even once did I get a response on my queries logged, no response via email whatsoever. I requested cancellation and refund, afterall Lexfin/NCRMC Mediation did not do as promised, debt review is still flagging on my profile, so in other words, what they promised to do was not fulfilled and that is misleading to me, the client. I send them emails, they read but don't bother to respond to me.
