Complete incompetence and zero accountability – no refund offered

I needed UV DTF for my hair boxes. As a first-time business owner, I didn't know the term. I showed a picture, brought my box to the store, and asked for a sample. Mickey said "printer problem" and only showed me measurements on paper – no actual sample. When the order was wrong, Jade and Mickey were condescending, blamed me for saying "stickers," and said only WhatsApp matters – my in-person visit and verbal requests are "null and void." No refund offered. A male staff member tried to help but was shut down. Terrible service. Avoid.
