Bad

This campany called my mom claiming she has been selected amongs qualifying candidates to receive the product. She gave in her details, and the box was delivered in 7 days. Fast forward, she wants to return this box because she doesn't have an android TV, let alone the monthly premiums. So I have been contacting them for 3 weeks now in regards to the return. When I ask them if the box is still within the return period, they don't answer. When I ask for the reference to use, they also ignore me. The information I am asking them is relevant because I don't want to pay the R400 that they requested only for them to tell me that the grace period has expired. They lack communication. They manipulate.
