Amazing service from Bradley Nicholson

I had a problem with Google certification on the MBX4K and contacted Mediabox, got a reply from James from Mediabox whose first reaction was to accuse me of lying and stated that there is no problem with their devices and that it must be a counterfeit device. When I provided him with the serial number as proof, he ignored my emails and did not bother to try and assist.

However, when I enquired again I was assisted by Bradley Nicholson who provided me with the best service I have ever received from any company. He was aware of the Google Certification issues and went above and beyond to try and assist me, he was even willing to call and guide me through the Mediabox settings over the phone outside of business hours. The problem was eventually fixed thanks to him and the great service. Thanks again for renewing our faith in Mediabox!!
