Total chaos with huisgenoot subscription

For the past 6 months I've been struggling to receive my huisgenoot despite numerous calls and promises from huisgenoot cape town. I either don't receive it or receive it on a Saturday on Sunday with rapport. I am a pensioner, paid for this in advance and expect service. I honestly believe that the amount that I've spent on phone calls to cape town exceeds the amount that I've paid for my subscription. This is totally unacceptable
