Rather do an EFT if possible

In November 2023 I renewed my 12 month subscription for the delivery of the YOU magazine. No magazine received on Saturday 27 July - despite 2 whatsapp queries no magazine received by today - 1 August 2024. To make matters worse, Media 24 have today helped themselves to R849.99 from my credit card, without my authority. I am probably going to have to pay Nedbank charges for reversing this amount, even if not successful. As a result of the above, I have blocked my credit card and the issue of a new credit card might incur bank charges as well. Not a good experience!
