Rapport no delivery

After being nagged about subscribing to Rapport, I subscribed a few years ago. Initially, there were many delivery problems, but those were sorted and things started improving. In February 2015 I received an SMS that they now have a new agency doing the delivery. And then the problems started all over. They took my monthly subscription, oh yes, but NO Rapport whatsoever. Numerous emails from my side followed, of which a few had a reply - all promising my Rapport the coming Sunday. Needless to say, NOTHING happened. It is now the end of March. I have not received any newspapers, my money has not yet been paid back and no further feedback from them. On the first Sunday I tried to phone, but had no joy. I contacted Media24 News Subscriptions [Email Removed] telephone ***) repeatedly after that. I was contacted by Delia Kleinhans on 1/3, by Priscilla Nortj? on 4/3 and by Vanessa Boer on 18/3, but since then, I have not heard from Media24. I have told the three contact persons that if things do not improve, I will take the matter to Hellopeter.com, which I am doing now. All I want from Media24 is to pay me back the money they have taken from me.
