Provident fund delayed

Good day I worked for Paarlcoldset and resigned in February all my provident funds documents were submitted in time. It’s been 2 months now and my provident fund hasn’t been paid. I have missed payment for my bond, car and my accounts. I have borrowed money from relatives and I’m out of cash. At the moment I’m running out of electricity and food. I’ve been in contact with media 24 provident fund and every week I’m told a different story. I really don’t know what to do. No one wants to hear my story anymore can please media 24 pay me my provident money it’s my money .
