Paying for magazine that doesnt get delivered, complain... i week later... still nothing...

Did not my huisgenoot delivery on 13/16 July. Called, filed complaint. Customer service said they would contact our areas manager /deliverer, i will receive my book in two days. week later..still no delivery ALSO no delivery on 20/23rd july either.Called 5 time on morning 23rd july, wan to speak to manager istie, agent just keep taking my complaint and number but dont resolve my issue, cant give turnaround time, nor does the manager call me back. FED UP, My debitorder religiously goes off each month on time, but i dear not ask/complain if i didnt get what i pay for.
