Paid of Rapport, No delivery

I have a subscription for the electronics newspaper and the Burger on Saturdays. I phone to upgrade to the Rapport. The gentleman gave me the wrong information and when I told him that he said he will get back to me. He never did and at the end of May 2015 I had 2 payment deducted from my bank account. One for the Burger and one for the Rapport. I have up to date not received any copy of the Rapport. I phoned them last week and they assured me they will correct this. On Sunday a lady phoned me to check if I have received my Rapport. She then told me that the papers were delayed and that I must phone a lady called Sylvia when I get my Rapport. I phoned after 12:00 and spoke to Sylvia. She did not know who I was and what I was talking about. I explained to her and she said, \O
