No newspaper delivery

I am a subscriber of Media 24 for more than 5years. I requested that the Saturday newspaper be delivered at my mother in Beaufort West. All the years passed without any problem ever, and suddenly we encounter MAJOR issues with the delivering of the paper... The paper is part of the subscription, but now it just isn't delivered anymore. For a person of 89 living for the paper to come, this is nearly "the end of her world". Weeks and weeks and weeks I have to call to complain about the paper.. On the moment I spend more on calls to Media 24 to complain about the paper - everybody promise feedback and definetely investigation as to what happened to the papers supposed to be delivered... but I just get NOWHERE.. They promise that management would call me, also without any success... I really don't know WHAT TO DO, WHERE TO GO to get this problem sorted... In the meantime they increased their subscription fees from R85 to R105 - It gives you an increase of more than 20%, but still no newspaper on a Saturday .. For more than 12 weeks I complained every Monday.. they deliver 1 week and there after nothing... I can also not stop my subscription because other people are also linked to mine... But PLEASE.... WHAT SHOULD I DO TO GET THE NEWSPAPER DELIVERD AS IT SHOULD, AS PART OF THE CONTRACT.
