No newspaper delivery

I have a problem & maybe you could help me. I am a subscriber to the the Natal Witness which should afford me the newspaper being delivered @ 232 Ma***e rd, Imbali Unit 13, Pietermaritzburg on a daily basis. But as from the beginning of September the paper stopped being delivered. I kindly sent an email informing them that the paper was not delivered & I got a response that it a compliant has been sent to the Organiser to investigate & I have been credited due to no newspaper. This has been going on for the past 3 months. On a daily basis I send emails & get back the same chain emails about \investigating and I have been credited". I have called countless times & even involving my daughters. What hurts me the most is that still the debit order goes through every month & still the newspaper is a no show. Apparently there was a change from Natal Witness to Media 24 & guess I have been the unlucky customer who is suffering because of this \""change or transformation\"". """
