No news from Medi24

I ordered and paid for yearly subscription of Baba en kleuter magazines. It's been 3 months and I still have not received even one book. It's been blamed on post office and then the address (work address) in Eshowe. Apoarently they don't deliver street addresses, then why give me the option? I have changed the address to my own post box in Empangeni and still nothing. Every time I hear it takes up to ten days. A few 10 days has passed. This was supposed to be a surprise for my pregnant daughter and now my grandchildren will have a grumpy gran for Christmas.
