NEWS24 site not displaying properly. Incorrect email support address given

NEWS24 is not displaying properly. I AM A PAID SUBSCRIBER and sent an email to *** but no response. PLEASE FIX IMMEDIATELY. Android app and website has large menu that one cannot hide.
