News24 call centre assistance

My News24 Subscription had been suspended. I had changed my debit card and obviously the payment didnt go through. I tried in vain to change my details on the app. when this didnt work I contacted the Call Centre and spoke with Ricardo May...after several attempts, and receiving instructions via email, this didnt work either. A few days later Ricardo phoned me and talked me through the process of changing the payment details. It was complex and long winded but he maintained a professional approach to assist me.
