Never received mags

My husband subscribed with your pregnancy whilst I was pregnant and it was during the post office strike, I received sms' s informing me that I will receive my mags within a few days, but nothing, they gave me a number to call but nobody ever attended my query<br> Please iam just asking did the mags get lost in the post or did they return them to you because they never arrived to me to this day
