NEVER BUY A SUBSCRIPTION FROM MEDIA24!

I ordered and paid for, an annual subscription to the Men’s Health Magazine, for my husband, in January this year. Since handing over my money, I’ve received no magazines, no traction of resolving this, empty promises and frustrating phone calls. My first delivery was sent to the incorrect address - their fault, I gave the correct address, When they redelivered the magazines to my office, they were delivered with no recipient name on them so it looked like a freebie that anyone could help themselves to – which they did – and only 1 of the 5 magazines delivered were found. I’ve had to deal with multiple different people, having to re-explain the issue every time. I get phone calls filled with empty promises but nothing is put in writing. I’ve been promised numerous times that a refund was on it’s way and still nothing has been received.

If you want to avoid the same frustration, just stay away from this company and any of their products.
