MySmartKid disaster!

<p>The payment arrangement with MYSMARTKID/ Media24 is a debit order. The idea is that payment is collected upfront and then only is the smartbox delivered to you.</p> <p> </p> <p>So the boxes are delivered and then 2 months later you have debt collectors threatening you with notices of demands. It seems that MYSMARTKID/ Media24 never collected the funds for the boxes but without any notice,email or phone call to say they did not collect the money they just handed over customer to their debt collectors.</p> <p> </p> <p> When I contacted them to find out whats going on, you're told they never collected the money but you just get tossed back to the debt collectors that are charging admin fees and interest on the outstanding amounts. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am truely disappointed that a fault in their processes has now ended in such an unsavory mess. </p>
