Media24 Poor service

I have 2 subscriptions for You magazines. One I purchased as a gift - for the last 8 weeks it has not been delivered. No amount of calls, WhatsApp’s changes anything. They are always going to escalate it before nothing happens. Save your money buy it off the shelf.
