Media24 physical newspapers NOT DELIVERED, but paid for

Their digital offering works 95%+, but their physical newspaper delivery is <5%. I have been struggling to get the Rapport delivered at my house for more than a month now. I have logged calls with media24 (distribution manager included), as well as Vaal Area manager, but nothing. Media24 just rep**** that they will get back to me (nothing for weeks now). I had to make a number of phone calls yesterday, with statements that the Rapport had been delivered, but CCTV confirmed nothing was delivered. I eventually received the newspaper late afternoon - obviously at that stage the news was history, with News24/Timeslive already updated with latest news. I do not understand why there is no customer service at Media24 and have informed them that I will go the digital route with no physical newspapers anymore! I have have had numerous similar problems where the newspaper had not been delivered on Sunday, with remedy from Media24 of "No we do not give credit for newspaper not received, we have added another week to your subscription" - I must be more than a month now in advance, as well as paying in advance for my subscription! STAY AWAY from Media24 if you would like physical newspapers, especially in the Vaal Triangle area!
