Media24 HOME MAGAZINE - Media24 cannot get it right

I bought a subscription to the Home Magazine for my friends birthday. I had done this before a few years back - arranged for the same friend - it was easy and worked well. This time - it was a back and forth - they couldnt find the address even having delivered it before. Then they confirmed they could, but on the invoice they gave the residential address the number of the house and created their own number for the street name. I emailed to correct it - they took the money and igored the instructions. Today it was delivered to someone in an entirely different street. We had to collect it to deliver it ourselves.

I thought the magazine industry was struggling but clearly they dont need the money of a full year's subscription. Now I am trying to get them to correct this again - what are the chances??
