Media24 Fair Lady Subscription.

I ordered a subscription to Fair Lady which did not arrive. I contacted their WhatsApp chat thread to ask what had happened and was told that the magazine would be delivered within 3 days which also did not happen. What is frustrating is that there is no follow up or communication to me asking if the problem has been resolved. It seems to me that it would be easier not to subscribe and rather buy off the shelf when one feels like. At least that way a lot of stress around bad, uncaring "service" would be avoided. In my opinion the savings offered with subscribing does not outweigh the unnecessary disappointment that comes with it.
